NewCo Corporate Finance has conducted a new significant transaction in the brokerage sector by advising 3 compagnies, Assurinco, Présence Assistance Tourisme and Libbela, on their merger under the sponsorship of Finaxy Group.
We are celebrating a remarkable alliance. The one of two great actors in this industry: Assurinco Voyage & Présence Assistance Tourisme, and a well-known Insurtech for its investment and technological solutions in the French travel insurance market: Libbela. With the support of Finaxy Group, the France’s 10th largest broker, this merger enables the creation of the N°1 travel insurance company in France.
