A graduate of Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, Jean-Michel began his career at Arthur Andersen before joining EY, where he led the Transaction Services practice (due diligence, strategy, valuation, and M&A) for the financial services sector, first in France and then across Europe. In this capacity, he advised leading French institutional groups on their strategic transactions.
