NewCo Corporate Finance has conducted its 17th transaction in the wealth management sector by advising TA Associates, the renown private equity firm in the context of the LBO of the French IFA, Valoria Capital.
This time, NewCo Corporate Finance acted as buy side advisor after its initial involvement as sell-side advisor in 2020 for the precedent LBO with IK Partners.
With more than 30 transactions since its inception, Valoria Capital is one of the leading French IFA with nearly €4bn under management.
