Roman is a Director within the NewCo Corporate Finance team. He has been involved in numerous transactions (sales, LBOs, fundraising, acquisitions) with several types of actors (entrepreneurs, private equity funds, industrialists) and on projects of various sizes in France and abroad.
Before joining NewCo, Roman started his career at Bionest Partners, then at Cambon Partners and Bryan Garnier before joining the EY’s FIG M&A team.
Roman is a graduate of the Paris-Dauphine University and has a Master degree in Financial Engineering from Brandeis University (Boston).
