Raphaëlle joined NewCo Corporate Finance in October 2025 as an analyst on the team. Before joining NewCo Corporate Finance, Raphaëlle completed M&A internships at Amala Partners and Clearwater, where she took part in transactions in a variety of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, tech and B2B services. Since her arrival, she has been involved in asset management, chartered accountancy and insurance brokerage. Raphaëlle is a graduate of the Grande École program at emlyon Business School (Corporate Finance Track).
