Manuel is a Vice-President at NewCo Corporate Finance and joined the team in January 2019 after graduating. Since his integration, he has worked on insurance brokerage transactions (Diot-Siaci merger, FMA Group LBO with 21 Invest, sale of Cetim to GFP), wealth management transactions (Crystal Group LBO with Apax Partners) and financial leasing deals (sale of ITL Equipment Finance to Franfinance).
At NewCo Corporate Finance, Manuel joined a team specialised in financial services following the discovery of the FIG sector during an internship in London at Société Générale CIB. During his studies, Manuel also did an internship in Dubai with Barclays CIB and in Paris with Mazars.
With an engineering background, Manuel holds a Master degree in International Finance from HEC and Ecole Centrale Marseille.
