A graduate of ESCP, Jean-Michel began his career at Arthur Andersen and later joined EY, where he led the Transaction Services practice (due diligence, strategy, valuation, and M&A) for the financial services sector in France and subsequently across Europe. In this role, he supported leading French institutional groups in their strategic transactions.
