M&A activity continues in the wealth management sector.

Roman Chekli and Alexandre Gebelin are both Managing Directors at NewCo Corporate Finance, an independent M&A boutique founded in 2021 and specialising in financial services, including wealth management, asset management and insurance brokerage.
With a team of around twelve professionals from leading firms such as Rothschild and EY, NewCo has advised on more than 50 transactions in the wealth management sector since its inception, establishing itself as a leading and essential player in the French FIG market.
