In this interview, I discuss what makes NewCo Corporate Finance a partner of choice for entrepreneurs and private equity funds in financial services.<\/p>\n

Three convictions:
\u25aa\ufe0f Bringing together the mindsets of entrepreneurs and investors around a shared value-creation objective.
\u25aa\ufe0f Valuation criteria are evolving: growth, profitability, recurrence and management quality must be kept in balance. Profitability without recurrence is fragile; growth without profitability belongs to start-up logic.
\u25aa\ufe0f The market remains well oriented, but is becoming increasingly polarised. Build-up strategies remain central to investment theses in brokerage, wealth management and asset management.<\/p>\n
