NewCo Corporate Finance is ranked in the top 20 in the 2025 League Table of Financial Advisors in Mergers & Acquisitions published by Fusions & Acquisitions Magazine. The ranking is based on the cumulative transaction value over a three-year period (2023\u20132025). It is worth mentioning that NewCo Corporate Finance also <\/span>posted the most significant improvement in the ranking.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n This recognition is particularly meaningful as NewCo Corporate Finance, as an independent, sector-focused boutique, stands alongside the major global, full-service investment banks.<\/span><\/p>\n In the same issue, I had the opportunity to contribute an analytical article dedicated to M&A in financial services in 2025, entitled \u201cA Vintage Year.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n 2025 proved to be an excellent vintage for financial services, driven by strong consolidation dynamics and ongoing capital reshaping.
