Macif acquires a majority stake in Crédit Expert to provide a better offer to its policyholders in the context of real-estate projects

NewCo Corporate Finance lands a new transaction. Crédit Expert has agreed to join forces with MACIF (the 3rd biggest car insurance company in France). Congratulations to Yannick FLAVIEN and Eric Junger as well as Fred VIANAS and EZERZER Odile. This is the 6th transaction completed by NewCo Corporate Finance since its creation in January 2021!
