Jeeshan joined the NewCo Corporate Finance team as an Analyst in July 2021. Since he arrived, he has had the opportunity to support entrepreneurs in M&A and fundraising transactions in the wealth management, credit brokerage and health tech sectors.
Prior to joining NewCo Corporate Finance, Jeeshan has worked for two years in London within the FIG team of Canaccord Genuity where he was involved in transactions (M&A or debt advisory) mainly in the insurance sector (sale of Compre to Cinven and BCI, sale of Pioneer Underwriting to K2/Lee Equity, financing of Nexus Underwriting, etc.) but also in wealth/asset management and payments/fintechs.
He has gained experience in M&A at Clearwater International and Financière de Courcelles.
Jeeshan is a graduate of the ESCP Business School’s Grande Ecole program and has a MSc in Management from Cass Business School.
